Melio is coming to Denver to expand customer support

Big news from Melio this week! We’re launching our new western headquarters in Colorado to provide better coverage to our users across time zones and geographies. Our user network grew by 2,000% in 2020 and our Denver office will help us connect to our growing customer base, and to provide the best service possible.

We are thrilled to be coming to Colorado for several reasons. First, the state’s vibrant small business ecosystem embodies the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit that built Melio and aligns with our mission to help small businesses – the state consistently ranks nationally as a top 10 location for new businesses. Second, Colorado’s strategic central location will provide better coverage for our Western customers, as well as those operating in Alaska and Hawaii. Third, Colorado has an incredible and diverse talent pool. As we began to speak with more and more Coloradoans, we immediately knew we were in the right place to build and grow a great team.

We are recruiting 250 customer-facing team members at our Denver site to join us across sales, payment operations, customer experience, and customer support departments. As General Manager and Melio’s 2nd employee in the U.S., I am tremendously proud of the team we are building. We have grown tremendously over the past year, and our top priority is to stay close, and in touch with businesses that use our products. We continue to expand our New York headquarters as well as our R&D center in Tel Aviv, and are now excited to add Colorado to our office network, to offer better support coverage and to connect with our users.

We are pleased to be joining other terrific companies that have chosen to set up shop in Colorado’s business-friendly ecosystem. The opening of the Denver office is an integral part of our mission to keep small business in business.
